Résolvez vos problèmes de billetterie
How do you sell more tickets without spending more on ads?
A past buyer, a promoter with a link of their own and a visitor who reached checkout and stopped all cost less to reach than a new audience. Promoters and venue teams can go back to them for more sales without a bigger ad budget. The sales report names the promoter, link or reward behind each sale, so you can see what each one cost and what it brought in.
Reward the buyers who bring friends, give each promoter their own link so you can see what they sold, and go back to the people who reached checkout and stopped. You pay a reward on a sale rather than on a click.

Start with the people who already bought. Every buyer gets their own referral link, and a buyer who brings enough friends earns part of their own ticket price back. You pay on sales, never on clicks, and the most one referrer can earn is the price of the ticket they bought.
Then make every promoter measurable. Each gets a link of their own, and the sales report shows what each link brought in, so you pay the ones who sell and stop guessing about the ones who do not.
Then go back for the ones you nearly had: the abandoned checkouts, the waiting list and the people who came to a previous event. Those lists cost nothing to reach and convert better than a cold audience, which is what actually moves your cost per ticket.

Buyers who bring friends
Your buyers each get their own link, and a buyer who brings enough friends earns part of their own ticket price back. You pay on sales, never on clicks.
-
Promoters you can measure
Every promoter gets their own link, and the report names the tickets and the money each one brought in.
-
A link for every campaign
Tracking links tell you which post, email or partner produced each sale, so you can put your budget where the sales came from.
-
The checkouts that stopped
People who reached checkout and did not finish are already interested. Bring them back rather than buying a new audience.
-
The people who missed out
A waiting list turns a sold-out page into a list of buyers for your next release, at no cost.
-
Everyone who came before
Your past buyers are the cheapest audience you have, and you can message them straight from the dashboard.
Le configurer
Avant de commencer
- You're an owner or an admin on the event.
- You know what a ticket sale is worth to you. The most one referrer can earn is the price of their own ticket, so your top cost per referrer is a number you already know.
-
Pay your buyers for the friends they bring
Open your event, select Tickets, then Settings, and set the three tiers under Rewards System: how many referred sales each tier needs, and the share of the buyer's own ticket price it returns.
Remarque: A new event starts at 10% after 2 referred sales, 30% after 5 and 100% after 8. Set the terms before you sell your first ticket, because the terms buyers saw when they bought stay fixed after that.

See which of them actually sold
Open Influencers after the first week and read Tickets referred by customers.
Remarque: A handful of buyers usually bring most of the referred sales. Those are the people to give something extra to next time.

Give each campaign its own link
Open Tracking Links and select Create Tracking Link for every post, email and partner you spend on.
Remarque: A link per source is what lets the sales report say which one produced each ticket.

Pay promoters on what they sold
Open Performance and select Sales by Promoter before you settle up.
Remarque: It names the tickets and the money behind each promoter, so the conversation about who sold what is a report rather than an argument.

Go back for the ones who nearly bought
Message your abandoned checkouts, your waiting list and your past buyers.
Remarque: The people on these three lists cost nothing to reach and already want to come, which is where most of the saving is.

Questions que vous pourriez avoir
- What does a referral reward actually cost me?
- Part of the referrer's own ticket price, once they have brought enough friends to reach a tier, and nothing otherwise. A referral link that brings in no sale costs you nothing, which is the difference from advertising.
- How do I know a promoter really sold those tickets?
- Each promoter has their own link and the sales are attributed to it. The report shows the tickets and the money, so payment follows evidence rather than a claim.
- Is any of this worth it for a small event?
- Referral rewards and tracking links take minutes and cost nothing until they bring in a sale, so they suit a 200-capacity room as well as a festival.
- Can I still run ads alongside this?
- Yes, and you should measure them the same way. Connect your pixels and give each campaign a tracking link, and the two sit in the same report.
- Where do I see whether my cost per ticket is falling?
- The sales reports name what each promotion produced. Compare what each source cost against the tickets beside it, and ask Fai to draw the comparison if you want it as a chart.
