Call the Show Live and Know Exactly How Late Every Stage Is Running

On show day, stage managers run the day from a phone at the side of the stage, and a stage that drifts late is hard to see until curfew is at risk. Now and next shows the cue on now and the one coming next on every stage against the event's own clock. Each cue you call records when it really started and finished, so everyone sees the real running time and you can catch a stage up in one step.

  • Every cue called from a phone
  • Real running times on every stage
  • A late stage caught up in one step

Follow Every Stage Against One Clock

Now and next shows each stage's cue on now, the one next with a countdown and the rest later, all against the event's own clock, so everyone reads the same time wherever their phone is set. Follow one stage or all of them, and your phone opens on your stage next time. Arrivals due today and open incidents sit on the same page, and during the event Now and next leads the list of sections on a phone.

  • Event clock: one time for the whole team
  • Now, Next and Later: with a countdown to the next cue
  • Arrivals: who is due on site today

Call Each Cue With One Tap

Tap Standby, Go live or Done as each cue happens, or Skip one that is not happening. Go live and Done record when the cue really started and finished. A wrong tap is undone one step at a time, both calls stay in the cue's history, and if two people call the same cue at once the first call counts and the second is shown where the cue is now.

  • Standby, Go live, Done: big buttons built for the side of the stage
  • Undo: one step back, with the history kept
  • Safe with several callers: the first call counts

Know How Late Each Stage Is Really Running

Once a stage has a recorded time, it says how late or early it is running, and every cue still to come shows when it is now expected. A called cue shows when it started and finished against the plan. If the stage will finish after it closes at this pace, a warning says by how much, and every day sheet for the day shows how late each stage is running.

  • Running late or early: from the times you really called
  • Expected times: for every cue still to come
  • Curfew warning: before the stage runs past closing

Fix a Time Tapped Late

When a cue was called late or not at all, fix when it started or finished and enter the reason. The running time corrects itself, and the earlier time stays in the cue's history with who changed it, so your record of the day stays honest.

  • Fix the time: started or finished, with a reason
  • History kept: the earlier time and who changed it
