Send contracts to many performers, traders or suppliers for your event at once
A festival with forty acts or a market with sixty traders needs the same agreement sent to everyone, each with their own fee, dates and details. Sending several contracts at once fills each one from the person's own booking, shows you every contract first, and sends them in your name.
Make a contract for every booked performer or speaker, approved trader or supplier on your event from one template, each filled in from their own booking or record. You check every contract before anything is made, then send them all for signature in one approval or keep them as drafts, and see each person's result.

- You need an owner, admin or producer role on the event.
- The performers or speakers are booked, the traders approved or the suppliers linked to the event, each with an email address.
- Your agreement is one of your contract templates, or you use a starter template.

Open Send several
Open the event, select Operations, select Contracts in the list of sections, then select Send several.

Choose who the contracts are for
Under Who the contracts are for, choose Performers and speakers, Traders or Suppliers, then tick the people.
Huomautus: People who already have a contract start unticked and say Has a contract. You can make up to 300 contracts at a time.

Choose the template
Choose the Template. One of your own templates, or a starter template, fills every contract.
Huomautus: Each contract is filled in from the person's own booking or record: their name, their fee in its own currency, the dates and more.

Choose what happens to each contract.
Huomautus: When you send, you can add an Email subject (optional) and a Message in the email (optional).

Check every contract
Select the button that counts the contracts to check. Each contract shows the person, the fee in its currency and anything missing.
Huomautus: No email address and Needs details mean that contract is kept as a draft. Select Back to change who is ticked or the template.

Send or make the contracts
Select the button that sends the contracts, or makes the drafts. The contracts are made and sent in the background, and Contracts made together opens.
Huomautus: Nothing is made or sent before you select this button, and a second tap never sends a contract twice.

Check the results
Contracts made together lists each person as Sent, Kept as draft, May not have arrived or Not made, with the reason.
Huomautus: Select Open to finish a draft or send a contract again from its own page.

Open the batch
Under Made together at the top of Contracts, select the batch.
Huomautus: Each batch shows its template, how many contracts it made, who they were for and when they were sent. The latest batches are first.

Try again for the people a batch missed

In Contracts made together, select the button to try again for the people who were missed, then check and send as before.
Huomautus: The dialog opens with those people ticked and the same template. If a batch says Did not start, select Start again instead.
Fai starts a batch that did not start after you confirm.

- Can I send several contracts from accepted offers?
- No. An agent sends back their own contract for an offer, so make that contract from the offer one at a time, as in the guide to sending contracts.
- What if a performer already has a contract?
- They start unticked. If you tick them, the check says they already have a contract, so go back and untick them if they do not need another.
- What does the other party receive?
- The same email and signing page as a contract you send on its own. Each person signs by entering their name, with no account.
