See what is happening on site as it happens
Stewards, security, medics, bar managers and site crew all report into the live log your control room works from. A report needs what happened, where and how serious it is. A steward with a queue in front of them can log a fainting at the bar in seconds. Each entry shows its team, its zone, a pin on your site plan and how serious it is. The most serious sit at the top.
Your team grades seriousness in plain words rather than codes. Critical means danger to life or emergency services needed now. High means someone is hurt, a safeguarding worry or a risk to many people. Medium needs someone to deal with it, and low is noted for the record. Because everyone grades the same way, a high from the main gate means the same as a high from the campsite.
The pin matters as much as the words. When a steward reports a crowd surge at the barrier, the pin sits on the spot where it happened, on the site plan your team already draws on. The person sending help sees the nearest gate, first aid point and route without asking for directions over the radio.
- Control log: reports from all your teams, most serious first
- Pin on your site plan: each entry where it happened
- Team and zone: who covers it and where on site it is
- Seriousness in plain words: critical, high, medium or low, clear to everyone
