Give your event crew one page for all their shifts
Crew and volunteers who work several of your events juggle emails, texts and spreadsheets to know where they are next. One private page with every shift, offer and question from your team gives them the answers without a login, and gives you their replies in the rota straight away.
Email each crew member or volunteer a private My shifts link where they see their shifts at every one of your events, accept the shifts you offer them, say they are still coming, tell you the days they can work and add their shifts to their calendar. Their documents, safety induction and food needs are on the same page, and nobody needs an account.

Antes de empezar
- You are an owner, admin or producer of the brand, and Event Operations is in your brand menu.
- The person is crew, a volunteer or on a shift at one of your events, with an email address.

Open the person in People
In the sidebar, select your brand, then Event Operations, then People, and select the person.
Nota: Their record says whether they have a working link and when they last opened their page.

Email their link
Under My shifts page, select Email their My shifts link.
Nota: They get an email from you with a private link that works for 60 days. The page opens without an account or password.
Their My shifts page
The page lists the shifts you offered them to accept, their own shifts with the still coming question, and each event's days to say when they can work, with Add to calendar on every shift. Under that they add the documents their shifts need, read the safety induction and give their food needs. Every answer shows in your rota straight away, and the page shows only their own shifts, offers and documents.

Open their record in People again.
Nota: The line under My shifts page says when they last opened their page, or that they have a working link but have not opened it yet.

Open the person in People, select Turn off their links, then confirm.
Nota: Every My shifts link you sent them stops working straight away. You can email a new link at any time.

Preguntas que puedes tener
- What happens when someone says they can't make a shift?
- Their place is freed straight away and shows in the Offers view of Shifts, where Fai suggests who to offer it to. They cannot take the shift back from their page, so they contact you if they change their mind.
- Do volunteers get a second page?
- No. A volunteer's own page from the Volunteers section shows the same offers, still coming questions, days they can work and calendar for that one event. The My shifts link covers all your events.
- What if their link has ended?
- Their page says the link has expired and asks them to ask you for a new one. Select Email their My shifts link again.
- Is there a limit on changes from one page?
- Yes. One link can make 60 changes a day, which covers any normal use. After that the page asks them to try again tomorrow or reply to your email.
- Which events does the page show?
- Their shifts from yesterday on, at every event of your brand where they are crew, a volunteer or on a shift. Their page never shows another crew member's name.
