See the all-in cost of each act on your event
Promoters and bookers agree a fee, then find the act cost far more once flights, hotel nights, the agency's cut and per diems are added. The All-in cost card adds up every part from the records your team already keeps, so you know what each act costs before the show and when you settle it.
See what one act really costs on its performer page: the fee, the agency fee, travel, the hotel stay, per diems, backline and their share of hire, with one total for each currency. Enter what a trip cost or the room rate of a stay where they are missing, and the same figures reach your budget and the show's settlement.

- You are an owner, admin or producer on the event. Other roles do not see the act's money.
- The act is booked on the event, so it has a performer page.

Open the act's performer page
Select the act's name wherever it is underlined, such as in Advancing or the running order, or find it with Find anything on the event's Operations page.

Read the All-in cost
Read All-in cost: What this act costs at the top, with one total for each currency, then every part under it.
Nota: Amounts in different currencies are never added together, so an act paid in pounds with a flight in euros has two totals. A line at the foot that starts Not priced yet names anything still without a price, such as a trip with no cost, and the total leaves it out.
What one act costs.
The parts of an act's cost
Nothing on the card is entered twice. The Fee and Deposit come from the act's booking; the deposit is part of the fee, so it counts on its own only when there is no fee. The Agency fee comes from the accepted or contracted offer, as a fixed amount or a percentage of the fee. Each trip in the event's Travel section is a line with the cost you enter here for the whole booking. The hotel line is the act's stay: the nights times the rooms times the stay's own room rate, or, night by night, the rate of the hotel block the night is counted in. Per diems, Backline and Other cost are the costs added for the act in Payments due, and Backline hire, Hospitality and Production hire are the act's share of the hire and shopping lists, without counting backline twice.

Enter what a trip cost
Select Enter the cost beside the trip, enter the Amount for the whole booking, choose the Currency it was paid in, then select Save.
Nota: The amount is for everyone on the booking. A trip that already has a cost shows Change, and Clear the cost takes it off.

Enter the room rate of the stay
Select Enter this stay's rate beside the hotel, enter the Room rate a night for one room, choose the Currency, then select Save.
Nota: When the stay is in a hotel block, the dialog says the block's rate the stay counts at without a rate of its own, and Use the block rate goes back to it.

Check the new total
Read What this act costs again. The part you priced shows its amount, the total includes it, and it drops off the not priced line.
Budget and settlement
The same agency fee, travel, hotel and Payments due costs reach two more places. In the event's budget, the suggested total for Artists & talent includes them, so Use suggested fills in the all-in figure. In the settlement of a show with the act's accepted offer, they are lines marked From the act's costs, and the agency fee is a payment beside the performer fee. The act's share of hire stays in the budget's committed costs, where the hire list puts it.

Preguntas que puedes tener
- Why are there two totals?
- The act's costs are in two currencies, for example a fee in pounds and a flight in euros. Each currency has its own total, and they are never added together.
- Why is the deposit shown but not added?
- The deposit is part of the fee, so adding it would count it twice. It counts on its own only when the booking has no fee.
- What if a teammate changes the same cost while I am entering it?
- The dialog says what the cost is now and keeps what you entered. Save again to replace it with yours, or cancel to keep theirs.
- Do empty rooms in a hotel block count in an act's cost?
- No. An act counts only the nights and rooms of its own stay. Empty rooms in the block are a cost of the block, shown in the block itself.
- Can I see what every act costs at once?
- Ask Fai for the all-in cost of each act on the event, or open the event's budget, where Artists & talent adds up every act's costs.
- Is a change to a cost recorded?
- Yes. Every change to a trip's cost or a stay's room rate keeps the value before and after, who changed it and when, and appears in the event's activity log.
